Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager – Employee Benefits to oversee client service, renewals, and team leadership under Producer direction. The role blends remote work with on-site needs near Longwood, FL, in line with policy.

You will lead Account Coordinators, pursue sales opportunities, manage data, and maintain high-quality service while upholding IOA values. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the industry, active licenses, and strong MS Office skills.

• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• High accuracy when handling large volumes of work.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
