• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active professional licensing.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• High accuracy in handling large volumes of work.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Client Management: Manage an assigned book of business while ensuring performance and no liability.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly to requests.
• Team Leadership: Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and cooperation.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily tasks of Account Coordinators and set expectations.
• Business Growth: Identify sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New Business Setup: Manage setup, data gathering, education, and notifications.
• Renewal Process: Coordinate renewals, data updates, and rate checks.
• Client Relationships: Build and improve client relationships and seek feedback.
• Intermediary Role: Advocate for clients and carriers for mutual benefit.
• Value-Added Solutions: Implement value-added solutions for clients.
• Professional Development: Support team training and a positive work environment.
• Communication: Maintain transparent communication with Producers and team members.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and industry standards.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
