• Provide guidance to junior teammates and share knowledge.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulators to address queries and ensure compliance.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Propose cost-saving initiatives to improve payroll efficiency.
