Job summary

UseMultiplier.com is seeking a Payroll Support Lead, Continental Europe, covering France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. This on-site role sits within Customer Experience and partners with Payroll Ops to keep payroll processing accurate and compliant across four markets.

You will own the most complex queries, set quality standards, and coach the team on country-specific nuances while coordinating with in-country teams and Salesforce/Zendesk platforms. Strong local-language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in payroll support, payroll processing, or payroll operations with hands-on experience in two of FR/DE/IT/ES.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll rules across France, Germany, Italy, Spain.
• Experience as a senior team member or lead, escalation point.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll support for France, Germany, Italy & Spain across four markets.
• Resolve complex, country-specific cases — gross-to-net, social contributions, corrections, off-cycle scenarios.
• Apply deep local knowledge: DSN/URSSAF (France), Lohnsteuer/Sozialversicherung (Germany), INPS/IRPEF/TFR (Italy), Seguridad Social/IRPF (Spain).
• Set quality bar, handle escalations using SLA, coach team on response quality.
• Drive resolution & continuous improvement with Payroll Ops and in-country partners.
• Guide and upskill specialists on payroll nuances and maintain Salesforce/Zendesk data quality.
