Globalli is seeking a Regional Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across assigned countries, ensuring compliant, scalable delivery and seamless partnerships with internal teams and external vendors. Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience managing multi-country or regional payroll operations in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data clearly across formats.
• Hands-on experience owning payroll delivery, vendor relationships and escalations across multiple employment and payroll delivery structures.
• Experience with Managed Payroll Services and working across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Multilingual capabilities (English fluency required; additional languages a plus).
• Client-Centric Approach: Experience supporting high-touch enterprise accounts and managing escalations with professionalism.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in analyzing pay slips, reconciling payroll data, and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Own regional payroll execution across assigned countries, including payroll runs, implementations and ongoing operational readiness.
• Serve as the regional subject matter expert for payroll processes, country requirements, and partner capabilities.
• Become a power user of the Globalli platform to deliver effective training and provide expert guidance to internal teams and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Product, and Engineering to enhance regional payroll operations, document and test proposed enhancements, and educate internal teams.
• Conduct platform testing, communicate product requirements, document results, and partner with internal teams to ensure the platform functions as expected.
• Troubleshoot regional payroll and integration issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reach timely resolutions across multiple employment and delivery models.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including setup guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
