Job summary

Lynx seeks an Embedded Software Developer – Product Enablement to join its remote US-based team. The role focuses on developing/optimizing embedded graphics and compute drivers, and adapting products for new hardware and real-time OS environments.

You will profile, troubleshoot, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, high-quality safety-critical solutions, while advancing certification-ready software with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and accountability.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience in C/C++.
• Experience with embedded OS (Lynx, VxWorks, Linux, Deos, etc.).
• Experience developing and debugging embedded Vulkan/OpenGL/OpenCL drivers.
• Experience with ARINC 653.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• DO-178 or ISO26262 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop/Improve embedded graphics and compute drivers.
• Customizing our products for new embedded hardware and real-time operating systems.
• Profiling and optimizing drivers and applications.
• Writing and reviewing technical specifications.
• Work as a team to produce reliable, high quality, safety critical solutions.
