Lynx Software Technologies, Inc. seeks a Principal Software Engineer – Mission Systems to lead design, development, integration, and testing of avionics software across mission computing, data links, displays, and weapon systems.

You will work within a multi-site team on real-time embedded platforms to deliver cohesive, safety-critical software for defense programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM, 8+ years in C/C++ development, and experience in mission systems architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.
• 8+ years of C/C++ development experience.
• Experience in mission systems software architecture, including design, development, and integration.
• C / C++ development for real-time embedded systems.
• Integration and interoperability testing in lab and simulated environments.
• Ability to work onsite 100%.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test software enabling core mission capabilities within avionics architectures.
• Contribute to mission computing, data links, displays, CNI, and weapon systems software.
• Collaborate with a multi-site team and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
