Job summary
Lynx is seeking an Embedded Software Developer – Product Enablement to design and optimize graphics and compute drivers for mission-critical edge systems. This remote-US role collaborates with hardware, safety, and software teams to tailor MOSA.ic and CoreSuite2.0 platforms for real-world deployments.
You will work with Vulkan/OpenGL/OpenCL drivers, ARINC 653, and real-time operating systems, applying 4+ years of C/C++ experience.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software development (C/C++)
- Experience with embedded operating systems (Lynx, VxWorks, Linux, Deos, etc.)
- Experience developing, debugging and troubleshooting embedded graphics drivers
- Experience with ARINC 653
- Strong organization and analytical/problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop/Improve embedded graphics and compute drivers
- Customizing products for new embedded hardware and RTOS
- Profiling and optimizing drivers and applications
- Writing and reviewing technical specifications
- Work as a team to produce reliable, high quality, safety critical solutions
