Lynx Software Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop, integrate, and test software for a military aircraft platform.

You will work within a high-performing, multi-site team on safety-critical avionics, applying best practices for reliability and compliance. Role requires 5+ years of embedded experience, C++ in safety-critical environments, RTOS expertise, and willingness to work on-site with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
• C++ development for safety-critical avionics systems.
• RTOS (MOSA.ic, VxWorks, Integrity) experience.
• Embedded application development in Linux/Windows/Bare Metal.
• Software integration & test in lab and hardware environments.
• Willingness to onsite 100% and travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and test embedded software for a military aircraft platform.
• Collaborate with a multi-site team and program development teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DO-178C practices.
