Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns using enterprise platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience leading a marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Email and SMS Marketing Strategists and Specialists.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategy aligned with Lifeway’s goals.
• Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values in marketing leadership.
