Job summary

Lifeway Christian Resources is seeking an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Strategist to lead strategy, execution, and performance for campaigns across email and SMS. You will own the full lifecycle—from ideation and templates to audience segmentation, A/B testing, and post-send analysis—using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing email and SMS campaigns on enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for responsive templates.
• Strong audience segmentation and data analysis skills.
• Experience with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR compliance.
• Willingness to travel to Middle Tennessee area 2-4 times annually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, build, and launch end-to-end email and SMS campaigns—concept through deployment—ensuring on-brand execution and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain responsive email templates using HTML and CSS for mobile-friendly, dynamic designs.
• Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize engagement and conversion.
• Create advanced audience segments from subscriber behavior and demographics.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging with goals.
• Manage timelines, assets, and cross-functional deliverables to hit KPIs.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
