Job summary

Lifeway, a Christian ministry in the United States, is seeking an experienced Email and SMS Marketing Leader to manage a team of strategists and specialists.

You will design and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing program aligned with Lifeway’s mission, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and strong analytics to drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns using enterprise platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience leading a marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategy aligned with Lifeway’s goals.
