The position supports a remote-eligible workflow with occasional travel to Nashville and is focused on driving measurable results while aligning with Lifeway's mission and values.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns using enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building and troubleshooting responsive, mobile-friendly email templates.
• Strong audience segmentation and data analysis skills to drive targeted campaign strategies.
• Experience ensuring CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, build, and launch end-to-end email and SMS campaigns from concept through deployment, ensuring on-brand execution and compliance.
• Develop and maintain responsive email templates using HTML and CSS for mobile-friendly designs.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and implement A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion.
• Build and maintain advanced audience segments based on subscriber behavior and demographics.
• Serve as primary point of contact for email and SMS needs, aligning messaging with goals.
• Manage timelines, assets, and cross-functional deliverables to hit KPIs on multi-layered projects.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Support direct mail and social media integrations and data management efforts.
