Twin Health is seeking an experienced Email & SMS Specialist to own and optimize its email and SMS channels. You will manage campaign testing, segmentation, deliverability, and launch Twin Health's first SMS program using Braze.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ops and emphasizes execution, optimization, and continuous testing across channels, collaborating with marketing, analytics, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing, marketing automation, or related digital marketing roles.
• Experience with Braze or comparable ESP/CDP platforms.
• Experience launching or scaling SMS marketing programs including consent management and TCPA basics.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, authentication, list hygiene, and inbox placement strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
• Comfortable working within an established channel strategy and executing against defined priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete email marketing program, including testing, cadence, segmentation, and Braze platform operations.
• Improve deliverability and inbox placement, addressing Gmail Promotions and other challenges.
• Build and launch Twin Health’s first SMS marketing program using Braze.
• Manage SMS consent requirements and support TCPA compliance processes.
• Document campaign decisions, testing, audience segmentation, and performance insights.
• Ensure campaigns tie to lead records for measurement and reporting.
• Develop and execute email and SMS A/B testing strategies with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technical teams to improve channel performance.
• Leverage AI tools to create content variations and improve reporting efficiency.
