Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a highly organized Email & SMS Manager to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our retention marketing program for Beauty / E-commerce.

You will manage the calendar, develop flow and campaign strategies, QA campaigns, and analyze performance to drive retention and revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Growth, Segmentation, and Design teams, while operating independently to bring issues and opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Email & SMS marketing in DTC/e-commerce.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar lifecycle platforms.
• Strong copywriting and segmentation skills.
• Excellent organization and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback).
• Develop concepts, messaging, segmentation; coordinate with Email Designer.
• QA campaigns before launch; monitor performance and issues.
• Provide weekly reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, and design.
