Job summary

Homestead Studio is seeking a Retention Specialist to own day-to-day execution and project management of email and SMS programs for a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You will collaborate with the Retention Strategist to move campaigns from creative development through approval, implementation, and deployment.

You will monitor your entire book of business, coordinating assets, previews, approvals, and feedback while keeping work on track across internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in email/SMS or lifecycle marketing
• Highly organized with multi-client deadline management
• Experience building campaigns, QA, and approvals

Responsibilities

• Own your book of business and maintain campaign pulse
• Build campaigns, segments, QA, previews, and deployments
• Coordinate with retention strategists, copywriters, and designers
• Ensure projects launch on time and to Homestead's quality standards
• Identify risks early and communicate blockers
