HireHawk Inc. is seeking an organized Email & SMS Manager to own the day-to-day retention program, including calendar, flows, campaigns, QA, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with the Head of Growth and an Email Designer to drive revenue through lifecycle marketing.

You will manage concept briefs, write strong copy, and ensure campaigns ship on time. This remote role fits a fast-paced beauty/e-commerce context and requires independent operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS experience, ideally within DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong copy and messaging instincts, even if you're not the designer.
• Experience working with Klaviyo or other lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to create structure where there isn't any.
• Comfortable using Notion and Figma to create proposals, briefs, and flow maps.

Responsabilités

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, etc.).
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging, segmentation, and briefs for the Email Designer.
• Manage campaigns from concept through launch and QA before going live.
• QA full email/SMS processes, review copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalisation, and tracking.
• Own weekly reporting, track KPIs, provide actionable insights and next steps.

We're looking for a highly organized, hands-on Email & SMS Manager to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our retention marketing program.

This person will be responsible for building and managing our email and SMS calendar, developing flow and campaign strategies, working closely with our Email Designer, QAing campaigns before launch, analyzing performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve retention and revenue.

You'll work closely with the Head of Growth and should be comfortable operating independently, keeping projects organized, and bringing forward issues and opportunities rather than waiting to be asked.

What you'll do

Email & SMS Strategy & Execution

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
• Build and optimize key lifecycle flows, including Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, and other retention flows.
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging, segmentation.
• Translate strategy into clear briefs and proposals for the Email Designer.
• Work closely with the designer to ensure campaigns are executed according to brief.
• Manage campaigns from concept through launch.

QA & Optimization

• Own the full QA process before emails and SMS go live.
• Review copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, mobile/desktop rendering, tracking, and overall customer experience.
• Monitor campaigns after launch and flag any issues quickly.

Reporting & Insights

• Own weekly Email & SMS reporting.
• Track key KPIs and clearly communicate performance, trends, and areas of concern.
• Provide actionable recommendations, not just numbers.
• 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS experience, ideally within DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented. You naturally create structure where there isn't any.
• Strong copy and messaging instincts, even if you're not the person designing the emails.
• Comfortable working in Notion and Figma to create campaign proposals, briefs, flow maps, and presentations.
• Strong QA mindset. You catch things before they become problems.
