Job summary

Tanger is seeking a Manager of Email & SMS to lead end-to-end channel programming, lifecycle development, and optimization for our customer communications. You will own automation, testing, and content personalization, collaborating with Marketing, Loyalty, and Technology to drive engagement and revenue.

The role requires experience with ESPs and SMS platforms, strong data-driven decision making, and a commitment to deliverable quality in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own the programming and configuration of email campaigns and automations within the ESP and SMS platform.
Develop and maintain lifecycle journeys, segments, and content in collaboration with Marketing, Loyalty, and Technology teams.
Ensure deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR/CCPA), and accurate reporting across campaigns.
