Job summary

Tanger is seeking a Manager of Email & SMS to lead end-to-end execution, programming, and optimization of our email and SMS channels. You will own campaigns, automations, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and dynamic content, partnering with Marketing, Loyalty, Technology, and Analytics to drive engagement and revenue.

You will translate business requirements into actionable email logic, manage data integrations and hygiene, and ensure campaigns are compliant and delivering with high quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in email and/or SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital channel management.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs and SMS platforms.
• Experience with segmentation, automations, testing, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the programming and configuration of email campaigns and automations within the ESP and SMS platform.
• Build and maintain dynamic email content using HTML and templating tools.
• Develop audience segmentation logic and testing segments prior to deployment.
• Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, and Technology to translate requirements into executable email logic.
• Own QA and monitoring of journeys to ensure correct triggers and rendering.
