Job summary

Fresh is seeking an experienced Manager, Email & SMS Marketing to lead US-focused email and SMS campaigns, driving revenue, engagement and retention. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will own workflows, calendars and testing, collaborating with Global Marketing, Creative, Analytics and external partners.

You will master Adobe Campaign, BeeFree, Qlik and other tools, evolve testing roadmaps, and optimize customer experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience managing email marketing and/or SMS programs.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign) and working knowledge of HTML required.
• Experience with Google Analytics and leveraging data to optimize marketing performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies; CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Proven success optimizing email and SMS through testing and optimization.
• Understanding of deliverability, compliance, and customer engagement best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the email and SMS marketing strategy focused on US campaigns.
• Own the execution and optimization of all email/SMS workflows and calendars.
• Monitor channel performance, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, Digital, Analytics, Technology, and agencies.
• Analyze engagement, conversion, revenue, and retention metrics to drive improvements.
• Oversee testing roadmap including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Stay informed on industry trends to keep programs innovative and best-in-class.
• Serve as the business point of contact for campaign briefing and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing processes and tools.
