Job summary

Merkle USA is seeking a dedicated professional to manage teams delivering email, SMS, and mobile push services. The role oversees resources, technologies, and project scope as a subject-matter expert in digital messaging.

You will drive campaign development, coordinate internal/external meetings, and oversee account documentation while handling multiple campaigns and post-launch analyses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client services / account management in agency or marketing dept.
• Knowledge of online/offline creative development and production.
• Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of email and production execution, producing campaigns.
• Coordinate meetings, track open jobs, and manage account documentation.
• Prioritize and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
• Support activities that drive execution of clients’ marketing strategy.
• Produce error-free work following SOPs.
• Upskill in email platform and project management tools.
• Monitor campaigns and pull post-launch metrics.
