Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing within the eCommerce/DTC space.
• Proven experience in agency settings preferred.
• Analytical capabilities with key performance indicators such as CTR and repeat purchase rates.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage comprehensive email and SMS campaign calendars.
• Write high-converting copy for complex lifecycle flows.
