Job summary

Lakeview, a leading consumer direct marketing organization, seeks an Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate across Design, Copy, and Data teams to personalize communications, improve engagement, and drive lead generation.

The role is fully remote in the United States with a salary range of $70,000–$90,000 plus an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ email marketing experience with major platforms.
• Experience with HTML for email templates.
• Familiarity with SFMC components: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder.
• Strong analytics to derive insights and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup, segmentation, QA, testing, scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
• Evaluate objectives and data to determine segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive email creatives and templates using basic HTML.
• Analyze performance and A/B tests to implement improvements.
• Support audience segment development for targeted communications.
• Maintain email marketing calendar with consistent naming and version control.
• Collaborate with Design, Copy, and Data teams to translate requirements into campaigns.
• Support initiatives like Lakeview Benefits and welcome series.
• Investigate rendering, data, and deployment issues and implement fixes.
• Handle ad hoc requests and other marketing projects as needed.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve execution and reporting.
