Lakeview is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end lifecycle of email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with Design, Copy, Data, and other teams to craft personalized messages, run testing, and optimize engagement and conversions.

The role is fully remote with a salary range of $70,000–$90,000 and an annual bonus. Benefits include medical coverage from day one and a company-matched 401(k).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of email marketing experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Klaviyo.
• Experience managing email campaigns end-to-end from planning to performance reporting.
• Working knowledge of HTML for email templates.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud components like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and AMPscript preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Execute, manage, and optimize email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Perform audience segmentation, QA, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
• Develop personalized email communications with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage marketing automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain email calendar and ensure version control across assets.
• Collaborate with Design, Copywriting, Data, and stakeholders from concept to deployment.
• Investigate and resolve email rendering, data, and deployment issues.
• Support ad hoc email requests and additional marketing projects.
• Evaluate AI tools and automation for campaign optimization.
