Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing coordination.
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of email strategy, segmentation, and optimization.
• Detail-oriented with ability to keep campaigns on track and deliverables intact.
• Solid copywriting skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Support Account Managers in organizing campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables.
• Develop and refine email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Write and edit compelling email copy reflecting brand voice.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
• Monitor metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Ensure campaigns are tested, proofread, and QA'd before deployment.
• Stay current with email marketing trends, platform updates, and deliverability best practices.
