Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to lead email campaign execution and automation across our marketing stack. You will design journeys, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to drive scalable, compliant communications.

The role requires 4+ years with Marketing Cloud, HTML/CSS skills, and a customer-centric approach to data and personalization.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS; able to code from furnished content and assets.
Knowledge of B2C marketing automation and campaign operations.
Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills (Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification required.
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Consultant certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize Marketing Cloud to align with business requirements.
Implement and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
Design and implement technical solutions to support email strategies and automation.
Collaborate with email marketing team to execute campaigns per best practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot data syncs, sends, imports, and data extensions.
Ensure journeys adhere to deliverability, personalization, and mobile rendering.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics to enable data integration with Marketing Cloud.
Enhance and document marketing automation processes for scale.
Maintain security best practices and compliance with data protection policies.
