Job summary

DesignRush is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact email campaigns across newsletters, automation workflows, and lead nurturing funnels. The role demands ownership, proactive collaboration with teams, and timely delivery from a remote setting.

Responsibilities include producing up to 20 newsletters monthly, boosting open/click-through rates month over month, building a scalable Klaviyo-based infrastructure, and ensuring GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance while

Qualifications

5+ years in email marketing, preferably B2B or agency environments.
Proven success building revenue funnels with upsell/retention mechanics.
Fluent written and spoken English with strong copy instincts.
Experience with newsletter tools and HTML or spam testing.

Responsibilities

Create up to 20 newsletters per month to drive clicks and calls.
Improve open and click-through rates by 10% MoM.
Build a robust newsletter infrastructure with segmentation and automation.
Manage end-to-end production in Klaviyo for sponsored and editorial series.
Develop email lifecycle automations: onboarding, reactivation, post-action follow-ups.
Audit form connections, bounce data, unsubscribe models, and hygiene.
Segment and grow agency and brand audience lists.
Create daily newsletter copy with design and marketing teams.
Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regulatory compliance.
