Mint Source is seeking a Full-Time Email Designer for a UK-based email marketing agency and Klaviyo Platinum Partner. You will design on-brand campaign emails and Klaviyo pop-ups that support daily campaigns, with a strong emphasis on mobile-ready layouts.

The role blends collaboration with independent work, turning briefs and feedback into polished visuals quickly while maintaining accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing marketing emails or similar digital assets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong skills in Figma and Canva to create clean, consistent designs quickly.
• Experience designing Klaviyo pop-ups and forms that support list growth.
• Design with HTML live text in Klaviyo, not images.
• Design buttons using Klaviyo CSS styling rather than flat images.
• Knowledge of web-safe fonts and responsive layouts for email.
• Understanding of Dark Mode and high color contrast requirements.
• Ability to avoid the just-one-image trap to prevent spam filtering.
• Experience with AI image tools is a plus; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand campaign and flow emails, plus supporting graphics, for mobile.
• Produce 8+ email designs per day with quality and consistency.
• Create Klaviyo pop-ups and forms aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Convert briefs and copy into clear visual layouts with strong hierarchy.
• Turn around edits quickly as feedback comes in.
• Adapt designs for segments, promotions, and A/B tests.
• QA assets for spacing, links, and accuracy.
• Use Figma and Canva to build reusable components.
• Track daily tasks and deadlines to keep work moving.
• Maintain organized exports for review and handoff.
