Job summary

Genentech, within the Data, Digital and Analytics (DDA) function, seeks a Digital Experience Email Production Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and hands-on execution of email and lifecycle campaigns across house programs.

You will partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality communications that support Genentech brands and customer engagement, while strengthening processes and platforms for future omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing and lifecycle marketing.
• Robust marketing automation experience for hands-on execution.
• Exposure to lifecycle programs, triggered communications, or journey activation.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute email and lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.
• Partner with marketing, product, analytics, and agencies to align campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects, milestones, approvals, and compliance.
• Design and improve toolkits, processes, and runbooks for operations.
• Serve as main contact for internal teams and vendors during campaigns.
