This high-volume, high-ticket sales role emphasizes outbound prospecting, with uncapped earnings potential through commissions and a 3-month training ramp. You will build and own your book of business from the ground up—100% outbound, 80–100+ dials per day, multi-touch sequencing, and selling across multiple events and price points.

• 4+ years of experience in high-volume, high-ticket sales.
• Proven outbound selling performance (80–100 calls/day).
• Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• High emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• 100% outbound sales - building and owning your book of business.
• 80–100+ dials per day in a high-volume environment.

• Balance closing with account management and client experience.
• Build a book of business through consistent outbound activity.
