Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive strategic growth across the portfolio, including digital health, venture investments and emerging technologies. The role engages with senior management and may be worked remotely, with regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BD/M&A/Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams for due diligence, business cases, approvals and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Perform internal strategic portfolio analyses and forecast scenarios.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses.
• Manage strategic projects through all phases from identification to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external stakeholders.
