Alutiiq Information Management LLC has an opportunity for a Business Development Lead in San Diego, CA, onboard NAVWAR-related programs. The role focuses on pursuing C5ISR, digital engineering, autonomy, and manufacturing support, with senior military interaction and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will navigate DoD markets, conduct market research, and coordinate with engineers to shape proposals, supporting senior leadership and program teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred.
• MBA desired but not required.
• Experience briefing senior military personnel at flag level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for C5ISR and related services.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in DoD, NATO, and Foreign Military Sales sectors.
• Coordinate with engineers and project leads to shape proposals and technology transitions.
• Lead ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
• Maintain relationships with government stakeholders (NIWC Pacific, NAVWAR, ONR, NAVAIR).
• Lead media development and STEM outreach events.
• Produce materials highlighting capabilities in MR, Reality Capture, manufacturing, cybersecurity, CV, and robotics.
