Advanced Technology Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on C5ISR and C-UAS programs in the McLean area.

You will develop partner relationships, expand contract vehicles and OTAs, and support growth through strategic opportunities. The role requires 3–5 years in government contracting, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance, with strong communication skills and experience with DoW/MARSOC programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of government contracting business development experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a government security clearance.
• Experience with DoW and/or MARSOC programs is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop external relationships with DoW, DHS, non-government, foreign military, and other government agencies.
• Liaise with Contracting Officers; support communication flow and issue resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date opportunity and customer data in pipeline systems.
• Convey services effectively in written and verbal discussions and brief status to leadership.
• Prepare presentations and attend client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
• Support proposal teams in developing compliant, competitive bids.
• Identify market strategies and build a qualified pipeline; report progress to executives.
