Job summary
Agile Defense seeks a Senior Technical Integration Lead to coordinate cross‑functional teams in accelerating software delivery for DoD missions. Based near San Diego with remote collaboration, you’ll translate operational needs into architectural requirements and manage complex interdependencies across APIs and data interfaces.
You will work with JFN and CDAO stakeholders, applying secure, modular, and scalable approaches while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and authorization practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software, systems engineering, or integration experience.
- Experience across multiple disciplines, organizations, or mission environments.
- Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements and priorities.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, and interoperability.
- Experience with Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical integration lead across stakeholders and development teams.
- Translate workflows, user needs, and findings into technical requirements and priorities.
- Support integration across JFN mission areas and edge architectures.
- Identify and resolve API, data, interfaces, and cybersecurity dependencies.
- Participate in backlog refinement, architecture reviews, and planning.
- Capture decisions and reusable patterns to support broader objectives.
