Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Manager, ServiceNow Platform Owner in a hybrid/remote US role. You will oversee platform governance, prioritization, and roadmap delivery, coordinating with architecture, security, operations, and PMO. Manages a ServiceNow Architect and Product Owner, driving value through measurable outcomes.

You will ensure readiness, documentation, and stakeholder alignment, while guiding vendor SOWs and budgeting to support enterprise platform health.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise systems, platform management, or product management.
• Experience with ServiceNow governance, roadmaps, and intake processes.
• Experience coordinating across architecture, development, security, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable ServiceNow roadmaps and priorities.
• Lead and mentor ServiceNow Architect and Product Owner.
• Coordinate governance, intake, and readiness routines across stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor SOWs, budgeting, and capacity planning.
• Ensure clear communication of decisions, risks and tradeoffs.
