Job summary

Network Health Administrative Services, LLC seeks a Manager of ServiceNow to lead the ServiceNow platform administration, development, architecture, and ongoing support. The role champions SN adoption within NH and aligns business needs with IS infrastructure.

Residents of Wisconsin are preferred; the position supports a hybrid workplace model with options to work from home, at the Brookfield or Menasha offices, or both, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a Computer Science related field or 4 years of directly related experience.
• 2 years experience in a role supporting ServiceNow required.
• 2 years leadership experience required.
• 5+ years relevant experience with ServiceNow and/or software integration preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the team responsible for the ServiceNow platform administration, development, architecture, and ongoing support.
• Oversee ServiceNow platform enhancements to support workflow optimization and automation to improve service to internal business partners.
• Support the adoption of suitable technologies that streamline operations and enhance performance.
• Build a high-performing tech team aligned with company culture and objectives.
