Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA implementation as part of the FutureFresenius transformation in the US.

You will lead global and country execution teams, ensuring alignment with governance, regulatory, and operational requirements, while guiding planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and sustainment efforts across regions and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT management, industrial engineering or comparable field.
• 12+ years of ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Science or another regulated/validated industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE program solutions across assigned countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish and lead deployment governance frameworks for consistent execution.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption strategies across regions and functions.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment and milestones.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness per SAP standards.
• Lead enterprise cutover planning with clear accountability and go/no-go decisions.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization phases.
• Identify, assess, and manage deployment risks and issues with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and templates.
• Champion ELEVATE communications and change management activities.
• Mentor country and local deployment resources.
