Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation under #FutureFresenius in the US.

You will bridge global program leadership with country execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory, validation, and operational requirements while leading planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare to sustained operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, IT management, industrial engineering or comparable field required.
• 12+ years of experience in ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts, multi-country/multi-site.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscape components, data migration, testing, integrations, extensions, authorizations and cutover concepts.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Science or a regulated/validated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE program solutions across assigned countries and deployment waves.
• Translate the Global Template into scalable deployment strategies while balancing global standardization with local requirements and governance.
• Establish and lead deployment governance frameworks with accountability, readiness assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption by aligning leaders, mobilizing resources, and ensuring effective training and risk mitigation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Local Process Owners, IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, Integration, Change Management.
• Oversee deployment quality and readiness including data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness reviews.
