Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA under the FutureFresenius initiative in the US.

You will lead global deployment governance, align local requirements, ensure regulatory and validation readiness, and manage planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilisation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, IT management, or comparable field.
• 12+ years in ERP delivery or transformation leadership.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA rollout experience.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Science industry; validated/compliance knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 35%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE program solutions across assigned countries and deployment waves.
• Translate the Global Template into scalable deployment strategies and execution plans while balancing global standardization with local requirements.
• Establish and lead deployment governance frameworks with clear accountability and readiness assessments.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption strategies across regional and local resources, ensuring effective training and risk mitigation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to align IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, Integration, and Change Management teams.
• Oversee deployment quality, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness reviews per SAP standards.
• Lead enterprise cutover planning and execution with disciplined command-center operations.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization phases.
• Identify and manage deployment risks, issues, and dependencies with clear escalation routes.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and governance processes.
