Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation under #FutureFresenius in the US. You will bridge global program leadership with country execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or engineering required; master's preferred.
• 12+ years in ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership in complex environments.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts across multiple countries/sites.
• Pharma/Life Science or regulated industry experience; familiarity with GxP, validation and audit expectations.
• Ability to lead readiness, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare and transition to operations.
• Willingness to travel internationally (35% documented).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; German or other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment and ELEVATE program solutions across countries and waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local/regulatory requirements.
• Establish and lead deployment governance frameworks with decision structures, readiness assessments, and quality controls.
• Direct organizational readiness and adoption, aligning leaders, resources, training, and risk mitigation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, Change Management.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and go-live readiness per SAP standards.
• Lead enterprise cutover planning with accountable command-center operations.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization phases.
• Identify, assess, and manage deployment risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and templates.
• Champion program communications and stakeholder engagement with Change Management.
• Mentor country/local deployment resources to build capability.
