Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA in the United States. You will lead global standards translation into scalable local deployment plans while addressing regulatory and operational needs.

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, business informatics, IT management, industrial engineering or comparable field required; master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts in multi-country, multi-site settings.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Science or a regulated industry with GxP, validation and audit expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal English; willingness to travel 35% internationally.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or SAP certification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE program solutions across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate the Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks with accountability, readiness assessments, and quality controls.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption with training, communication, risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Local Process Owners, IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, and Change Management.
• Oversee data migration, security, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness reviews per SAP standards.
• Lead enterprise cutover planning and go-live decision processes for senior leadership.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization phases.
• Identify and manage deployment risks, issues and dependencies with clear reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and governance tools.
