Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director to lead the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA rollout in the US. You will bridge global program leadership with country execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational needs while delivering measurable outcomes.

You will drive governance, readiness, and resource planning across IT, Validation, Change Management, and business units, guiding data migration, testing, and cutover through go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT management or comparable field required; master's preferred.
• 12+ years of ERP delivery or transformation leadership in complex enterprises; global scope preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts in multi-country environments.
• Knowledge of pharma/life sciences regulatory expectations and validated environments is a plus.
• Strong leading cross-functional teams and program governance capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; travel up to 35% internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies while balancing globalization with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks, readiness assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption through training, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Local Process Owners, IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, and Change Management.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, security, testing cycles, and go-live readiness.
• Manage cutover planning, go/no-go decisions, and hypercare until stabilization.
• Identify and escalate deployment risks, and drive continuous improvement of methodologies.
