Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template and SAP S/4HANA as part of the #FutureFresenius transformation in the US.

This role aligns global standards with local regulatory, validation, and operational requirements while guiding cross-functional teams through planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and sustainment.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of ERP deployment, delivery, or transformation leadership in complex enterprises.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA multi-country rollouts in pharma/regulated settings is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 35% as rollout needs dictate.
• Understanding of validation, GxP, and audit expectations in Life Sciences is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish and lead deployment governance frameworks and readiness assessments.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, communication, and risk mitigation for successful go-lives.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across IT, Validation, Data Migration, Testing, Change Management.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, security models, testing cycles, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Lead hypercare, stabilization, and transition to sustainment organizations.
• Identify and manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies, and scope impacts with clear reporting.
