Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director to lead the enterprise deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the S/4HANA rollout in the US. You will bridge global program leadership with country execution teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory, validation and operational requirements while guiding planning, testing, cutover and transition to sustainment.

This role drives deployment strategy, governance, readiness, and cross-functional execution, partnering with IT, Change Management

Qualifications

• 12+ years in ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership.
• Experience with multi-country SAP deployments and regulated industries.
• Strong governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment and ELEVATE across countries and waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment plans balancing standardization with local needs.
• Establish deployment governance, readiness, escalation paths and quality controls.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, risk mitigation and change management.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Lead with executive presence during go/no-go decisions and post-go-live stabilization.
