Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation under #FutureFresenius. You will lead global standards adoption and align local regulatory and operational needs across regions and sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; master's preferred.
• 12+ years in ERP delivery, deployment, or transformation leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in multi-country environments.
• Understanding of pharma/regulatory validation and audits.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE deployments across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment plans while respecting local requirements and governance.
• Establish deployment governance, readiness assessments, escalation, and quality controls.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover readiness.
• Oversee hypercare, stabilization, and transition to long-term support.
• Identify and manage deployment risks, dependencies, and scope with clear reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement of deployment methods and communications.
