Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Liaison (Auditor / Educator) to lead complex revenue integrity initiatives and act as an internal consultant driving enterprise-wide performance improvement in professional billing workflows.

The role requires at least 5 years of advanced revenue cycle experience, with CHC/CPB/CPMA/CPC within 1 year of hire; candidates must reside and work full-time in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience.
• CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Educate departments and providers on professional billing, charging, coding, registration workflows.
• Identify charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends impacting revenue.
• Provide education and recommendations to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Develop and present performance metrics and dashboards to operational leaders.
• Support development and delivery of revenue cycle education programs.
• Expert knowledge of professional revenue cycle and revenue integrity workflows.
• Strong consulting, presentation, and influence skills.
• Translate data into actionable operational strategies.
