Catholic Health is seeking a Revenue Liaison to optimize charge capture and billing processes across hospital and ambulatory settings. This remote role requires NY state residency and collaboration with revenue leads to ensure accurate revenue capture and reconciliation.

The position emphasizes guidance, analysis, and process improvements within the Revenue Integrity team, including communications with clinical departments and ongoing training support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Nursing, or related field.
• CPC or CCS-P certification preferred or required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides guidance on charge capture and billing processes to clinical departments and facilities.
• Perform periodic reviews of charge capture for PRC Departments.
• Identify trends and participate in resolution of revenue/charge issues.
• Identify opportunities for capturing additional revenue per payer guidelines.
• Develop specifications to modify charge capture applications to reduce edits/rejections.
• Coordinate research and implementation of charge capture processes for new services.
• Work with Coding and clinical departments to resolve ICD/CPT coding errors.
• Respond to departmental charging inquiries timely.
• Lead meetings to discuss charge capture findings.
• Assist in developing revenue integrity training documentation and policies.
