Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific and client-driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain all appropriate documentation.
• Develop detailed project budgets based on historical and market data and defined assumptions.
• Act as the primary client contact and guide the team through design implementation and sign-off.
• Manage master schedules and ensure projects complete within time-frames.
