Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility retail construction projects in New York. You will manage planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.

You will mentor project teams, build strong client relationships, and drive innovation in project management practices, embracing JLL values and culture of collaboration and belonging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• 7+ years NYC project management experience, preferably commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility retail construction projects delivering results for clients.
• Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution using client processes and tools.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Mentor and lead project teams to excel.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.
