Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of retail financial renovations, new builds, and facility infrastructure upgrades across multiple markets, with remote/hybrid flexibility.

You will lead diverse teams, manage budgets and risks, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with owners, operations, and regulatory authorities to meet ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred; LEED AP advantageous.
• 7-10 years PM experience in commercial construction.
• 5+ years in financial services/retail banking projects.
• Experience with branch renovations, bank build-outs, and financial facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end management of renovations, new builds and infrastructure upgrades.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with designers, operations and owners.
• Manage budgets, risk, change orders, and schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee compliance with banking and ADA/regulatory requirements.
• Travel 40-50% across multiple markets as needed.
